1. General Information
PixelWoodShop.com is an online store managed by Francisco Javier Madronal Atienza, dedicated to selling handcrafted wooden products primarily with anime, video game, and geek themes. All products are handmade with high-quality materials.
2. Purchase Process
To make a purchase on PixelWoodShop.com, customers must add products to the cart, enter their personal information, and proceed with payment. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit cards
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Occasionally, coupons or discounts will be offered, typically during special occasions such as Christmas, Halloween, and other holidays.
3. Prices and Taxes
The product prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and do not include taxes. The website offers a currency converter for customers to view prices in their local currency. Any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries in Europe, Asia, the USA, and Canada. During checkout, customers will be informed if shipping is available to their country based on the address they provide.
- Small orders (earrings, bookmarks, etc.):
- Standard shipping: 10-14 business days.
- Express shipping: 3-6 business days.
- Large orders (shadowboxes, heavy items):
- Express shipping: 3-6 business days.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless otherwise specified during temporary promotions. Free shipping is not offered regularly.
5. Order Cancellations
- Standard orders: Can be canceled before the item is shipped.
- Custom orders: Can only be canceled if production has not yet started. We encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible for cancellation requests.
6. Return and Refund Policy
Return Period
Customers have up to 14 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return.
Return Conditions
- Returns accepted:
- If the product arrives damaged during shipping.
- If the product does not match the description of the order.
- Returns not accepted:
- If the product was damaged by the customer after delivery.
- On custom orders, unless the product was damaged during shipping.
Return Costs
The customer is always responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email (contact@pixelwoodshop.com) or use the contact form available at the bottom of the website.
Refunds
- Full refunds: Will be issued if the product arrives damaged or there are shipping issues.
- Partial refunds: If the customer decides to return the product for a change of mind, shipping costs will not be refunded, but the full value of the product will be refunded.
Once the returned product is received, we will process the refund within 24 hours. The refund time will depend on the payment system used (WooCommerce) and may vary depending on the customer’s bank.
7. Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve any issues amicably. In case of a dispute, customers can contact us directly via email at contact@pixelwoodshop.com. If no agreement can be reached, disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
